EFFECTIVENESS OF HIERARCHICAL MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES IN
ALLOCATING RESOURCES FOR BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION AND
ECOSYSTEM SERVICES: A CASE STUDY ANALYSIS.
Abstract:
Throughout the world, conservation organizations implement Hierarchical organizational
structure to support their teams in maintaining different biodiversity and ecosystem
services.Despite that, the challenge of equity of these institutions in resource distribution to
conservation isn’t a permanent truth at the moment.This report looks into the process of resource
distribution among collocated conservation organizations and how it impacts biodiversity and
ecological services.Based on a systematic literature research and empirical analysis, we explore
hierarchical management structures, in which resources are prioritized at different organizational
levels.As our research shows, we will have the resources for assessing conditions affecting
allocation of resources and for developing useful recommendations for conservation
measures.This is where we look into the study of theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence
