This course provides students an introduction to the process of technical and business
communications. Topics include the processes for capturing needs analyses and organizing
thoughts to write clear, precise, concise, and grammatically correct workplace prose. Student will
produce in written and oral form variety of professionally prepared reports and correspondence a
