This course offers a comparative perspective on crime and on the practice of criminal justice. The
role of increased globalization in transnational crime and justice are explored, to include:
trafficking in persons, narcoterrorism, cybercrime and cyberscams, the relationships between
international terrorist organizations, and the functioning and organization of international crime
fighting agencies.
