The first problem when comes to challenges a web application can have is
defining a goal. This is a challenge because you need to figure out what
kind of interaction you want the user to have, who is the targeted users,
and what will be the best features that will bring in the users. The next
challenge is the user interface (UI) which is everything the user can
intereact with. Author Chantelle Little does a good job breaking this down.
She states (Little, 2019) "Great UI design certainly makes your application
visually appealing, but it goes beyond just simple aesthetics. The goal is
to make the actual user experience simple and accessible – and usable.
