Welcome to BUS517 Project Management! In this course, you explore project management principles used to
effectively plan, direct, and control project activities. You will learn the importance of scheduling and
developing budget and performance objectives in the project life cycle. You will be exposed to agile project
management, international projects, and project management software applications.
