In Part LXXXIII of your business plan, you will focus on organizational leadership and change
management to drive organizational transformation, foster innovation, and adapt to changing business
environments. Your objective is to develop a comprehensive leadership and change management
framework that empowers leaders, engages employees, and drives sustainable organizational change.
Write a paper in which you:
1. Conduct a leadership analysis to assess leadership capabilities, identify leadership strengths and
weaknesses, and evaluate leadership effectiveness within your organization. Analyze leadership
styles, leadership behaviors, and leadership competencies that influence organizational culture
and employee engagement. Evaluate leadership development programs, succession planning
processes, and leadership training initiatives that build leadership bench strength and groom

2. Define organizational leadership objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that

clear, measurable, and achievable leadership targets such as leadership effectiveness scores,
employee satisfaction ratings, and leadership succession readiness. Develop SMART (Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) leadership objectives that provide clear
direction and focus for leadership development initiatives.
3. Develop a change management strategy to drive organizational transformation, manage change
resistance, and promote change readiness within your organization. Analyze change management
methodologies such as Lewin's Change Management Model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, and
Prosci's ADKAR Model that guide change implementation processes. Develop change
communication plans, change readiness assessments, and change impact analyses that facilitate
change adoption and minimize change disruption.
4. Develop a culture transformation strategy to build a high-performance culture, foster innovation,
and promote organizational agility within your organization. Analyze organizational culture
dimensions such as values, norms, and beliefs that shape organizational behavior and influence
employee attitudes and behaviors. Develop culture change initiatives, culture change
interventions, and culture change metrics that align with desired cultural attributes and drive
cultural transformation.
5. Develop an employee engagement strategy to enhance employee motivation, increase employee
commitment, and improve employee retention within your organization. Analyze employee
engagement surveys, employee satisfaction scores, and employee turnover rates that measure
employee engagement and satisfaction levels. Develop employee engagement programs,
employee recognition initiatives, and employee feedback mechanisms that foster a positive work
environment and enhance employee morale and productivity.
6. Develop a talent management and workforce development strategy to attract, develop, and retain
top talent, build organizational capabilities, and ensure organizational competitiveness. Analyze
talent management processes such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and
performance management that optimize talent acquisition and talent retention. Develop talent
development programs, leadership development initiatives, and career progression pathways that
cultivate talent pipelines and groom future leaders.
