In the case of Loreal group Company, they are using a sustainable
and responsible business model by focusing on the three key areas
such as the people, the planet, and the products. Moreover, they are
taking day-to-day actions as well as taking multiple initiatives to
achieve the goals of the company. Likely, the company has
committed to providing the exemplary power to do everything by
addressing the sustainability concerns inherent to their industry

Similarly, a company like Peabody has also adopted the sustainability
approach that has been focused on offering substantial benefits to
society, minimizing the environmental footprint of the company’s
products and operations, and ensuring the business activities and
strategies that better serve the interests of the company’s
stakeholders. Overall, the company has addressed the sustainability
concerns across all governance, environmental, and social dimensions

The Loreal group Company has also given priority to other
sustainable practices like investing in nature, providing more
sustainable packaging, achieving carbon neutrality, and others. For
instance, the Loreal group Company is well aware of the urgent
requirement to address the challenges that are occurring due to the
global environmental crisis. In these sustainable practices, the
company also has some business risks because of the safety and

On the other hand, the Peabody Company is playing an important
role in the global energy mix. The social approach of the company is
grounded that provides better society as well as better businesses
with the key of people and products. Moreover, the environmental
approach of the company gives emphasis on advanced coal use and
responsible coal mining. Likely, the company has also identified some
of the business risks, which include the safety, health, and
environmental stewardship that require periodic inspections and
mandatory risk assessments. Hence, the company has aimed to

In the case of the Loreal group Company, I feel the identified
sustainable operations of the company are worthwhile while looking
from a perspective of a business. When the company is focusing on
sustainable operation with the people, the planet, and the products,
it is not only providing the major benefits to their customers but also
taking care of the business. Similarly, the Peabody Company has
adopted the sustainability approach that minimizes the business risks
by offering substantial benefits to society and the customers. Hence,
I believe the sustainable operation of the company is worthwhile as
per the perspective of business.
