For this discussion, I am choosing low employee pay. There is a
significant difference between lower-paying jobs and that of higher-
paying jobs. Companies, like those in food and retail, are creating this
false narrative that there is a labor shortage where in reality people
do not want to work in a pandemic for low pay.
Companies that only make a profit off of exploiting their workers are
finding a hard time keeping up with rising wages. Pure greed
contributed to low wages. Employees that are not paid well are
unable to live a meaningful life and take care of their necessities. By
paying employees well a company will ensure that employees can
complete their tasks easier. Employees that are paid well are able to
pay into their communities for mutual benefit.
