The development of a child is heavily influenced by culture, his or her
parents and/or caregivers, and even their own individuality in the way they
interact with others, etc. as they grow older. “Child development is a
dynamic, interactive process” (Huang, C.-Y., 2018). Every child interacts with the world
in a unique way, and how they think, and act is also influenced by what they ask for and receive
from others and their environment. Varied environments have different effects on children
growing up in different cultures. Because of this, there are numerous cultural variations in
children's beliefs and actions Huang, C.-Y., 2018). The distinct cultural influences that infants (
experience from birth, such as those related to diet, religion, art, and language, have an impact on
how they develop cognitively, physically, socially, and emotionally. The way mothers speak to
their infants varies across cultures and this in turn begins shaping how the infant will speak as
