Is Turing's test the right way to approach the idea of intelligence? In
other words, if you have a conversation with a computer and believe
that you are talking with a human, would that be intelligent? Why or
why not
If I have a conversation with a robot, or computer that I believe to be
a human I don't think it is intelligent. One of my reason is that a
machine only does what we program it to do so the conversation
between human and machine only have a limit to what was coded
into their program. Devices have no way to read emotion or behavior
in discussion with a human.
How are human thinking and machine computing similar in function
of memory? How are they different?
Humans and machines have similarities in restoring memory and how
to retrieve it. We humans could restore our memory in our short-term
memory or long-term memory which can change in time while a
computer memory will stay intake. Humans go throw so many
emotions and thoughts that a computer could not understand how to
respond back or know how that feel. We can have machines that can
talk, look, and move like us but they cannot understand or feel like a
human because they don't have emotions and can't respond to
human behaviors.
Do you think it is possible for computers to think or be as intelligent
as a human?
Yes, I believe it is possible sometime in the future someone will
accomplish and finish what Alex and the others started with all this
new technology and software going on I believe machines one day
can learn how to understand emotions and human behaviors. My
daughter showed me a place in Japan where they have realistic
robots in the hotel and restaurants that greet and talk to the guest
and help them so I say we can almost be there by having machines
understand humans better.
How do either of the concepts of human intelligence or artificial
intelligence apply to any of the following programmatic course
themes:
Human intelligence is under self-care, emotional intelligence, and
social justice.
Artificial intelligence is under
o Career connections with so many technologies coming out in
the world that helps people in so many fields in life example a
surgent perform surgy without his hand but with a machine.
