The goal of Express Scripts is to increase the safety and accessibility of prescription medicine
use. This indicates that they are committed to raising their sales and profits in addition to
maintaining their promises to patients and consumers. Express Scripts' dedication to diversity
and inclusion is fuelled by the drive and individual skills of its 27 employees, creating a mosaic
of talent that enhances the company's culture and ultimately enables it to provide better patient
care. Integrity, Mutual Respect, Passion, Alignment, Collaboration, and Service are among
Express Scripts' key principles. Integrity is one of Express Scripts' basic beliefs. The PBM carry
out their duties on a daily basis with honesty and moral clarity. Express Scripts is passionate
about its industry and upholding the rights of their patients and customers. Integrity serves as
Express Scripts' compass. Quality and honesty are the traits that I believe are lacking from or
excluded from their basic beliefs. Since quality and demonstrated effort are how businesses are
evaluated, standards must constantly be held high. To gain the respect of their coworkers and/or
clients, it is standard business practice to behave in a straightforward and trustworthy manner.
Excellence, dignity, prosperity, tranquility, and concentration are my own basic values. Being
respected gives a sense of fulfillment while giving respect shows high culture. I am a person who
cares about my health and is aware of the consequences of inadequate care. I try to resolve
conflicts quickly so they do not escalate to something more severe. Finally, I am determined and
goal-oriented so I am able to give up momentary self-pleasure, which is self-control.
