We are going to evaluate the firm's exit plan in this report and offer suggestions to the
board of directors and owners. To aid with the firm's sale, evaluations will be done. There is just
one possible buyer that is enthusiastic about acquiring our company. The buyer is rethinking,
though, because of the volatile industry. For the company to be prepared for any obstacles, it's
essential to have an emergency structure in place. We can talk about the top three firms in our
sector and have a list of other corporations that might serve as substitute purchasers.
Our company's NAICS code is 54171-Scientific Research and Development in the US.
This business covers businesses and institutions which do research and development (R&D) in
the fields of physical, engineering, and biological sciences.The sector only comprises businesses
which main objective is R&D and removes participants like pharmaceutical or producer
