thecourse,Iwasn’ttoinformedonhowtoidentifyanorganization,

nowIamabletoidentifyandseethereasonsforitssuccess.Beinga

leaderallowsfortheabilitytochangeandinfluenceemployeesor

organizationsintochangethatcanbebeneficialtotheorganization.
