In my Module One post, I said that I think organizational success is
not only financial, but also hinges on making the world a better place.
There are many faucets to this, including employee satisfaction,
customer satisfaction, environmental sustainability, and giving back
to those less fortunate. Over this course, my parameters for
identifying a high-performing, successful organization haven’t
changed much! The tools and resources we have explored in this
course have reinforced my perspective, as they’ve provided a
codified version of what I was originally thinking. For example, the
four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard align almost exactly
