discuss the potential acquisition of two smaller aviation firms in the Caribbean—these
companies specialize in charter flights.
Company Overview – TransGlobal Airlines is a global airliner with a dominant U.S. presence. It
is headquartered in Miami, FL, and employs 40,000, beginning operations in 1951. Its
organizational culture is a shared vision, goals, and attitudes that are practiced to reach the same
goal of being recognized as a leader in the airline industry. Treating customers with respect,
valuing our employees and business partners, and improving our safety rate from 5 to 7 stars are
