Identification
Following an extensive vulnerability assessment of TransGlobal Airlines, two key issues
have now been highlighted that have the possibility of adversely affecting its market efficiency.
Of the most major risks is the establishment of a left guard planning process when controlling the
aircraft carrier. It's very well 737 airline has indeed major considerations unsafe conditions (Qiu
et al, 2020). In today's challenging company world, the risk might be even more obvious. The
recognized concern is associated with the core operations overall strategic aspect. The concern
linked to the safety factors can be defined as an asset quality that can have an effect on the
company.
Competition is another danger that might harm TransGlobal Airlines' operation in the
aviation sector. It is a higher chance that has the possibility of reducing the business' future
competitiveness and pricing power in civil aviation. The recognized risk is relevant to the
balanced scorecard's financial category. It is a massive strategic concern that has the potential to
affect the aviation effectiveness of a team's solutions to its clients. The concern area is termed
slightly elevated in nature as it undermines the corporation's basic life and longevity.
Evaluation
The danger linked to security difficulties has a considerable chance. Due to the fact that a
number of factors such as intangibility, poor teamwork, and so on can exacerbate these
challenges. The danger may have a detrimental effect on the product / brand and credibility in the
aviation industry. Nonetheless, because TransGlobal Airlines has been in the aviation sector
since 1951, it can rely on its competence to deal with the hazards related to occupational safety.
The chance of dangers involved with intense rivalry harming its capital structure in the
aviation sector is substantial (Cao et al., 2018). This is because the sector is viewed as among the
most tempting areas of the firm that has historically emerged. The consequences of the danger
might be extreme, since it could culminate in the organization's market proportion diminishing.
Mitigation
A conceivable danger or hazard approach for security issues involves the use of novel
technical aspects to strengthen the safeguards that are currently implemented in aviation (Cao et
al., 2018). The industry has the chance to use modern techniques to establish a solid security
management program that can elevate the existing amount of protection on the industry's
aviation.
A method that perhaps the aviation industry could employ to steer clear of stiff
competition is to concentrate on rendering a tailored travel experience to its clients (Qiu et al.,
2020). The corporation should aspire to distinguish its services and goods against those of its
competing firms so that clients would choose to fly with TransGlobal Airlines. Service quality
may indeed be achieved by relying on uniqueness, and the corporation can earn an advantage in
the marketplace.
