2-2 Memo: Performance Evaluation
TransGlobal is one of the leading organizations in the airline industry. Our presence
reaches globally and dominates the U.S. sector. In both the global and U.S. market share, we
ranked 2nd among our competitors. For that reason, we conducted extensive and detailed eight-
month research. The research results have led our organization to campaign for an initiative
called TransGlobal 2030. This project will guide our plans and goals into focusing on safety,
excitement, and stewardship (SES).
With a focus on SES, I have identified four strategic goals and key performance
indicators (KPIs) in financial, internal process, customer, and learning and development. These
goals were created using the SMART standards and will guide us in becoming the industry
leader in SES.

Specific
Our goal is to increase net income by 7%. We will add 80 Boeing 737 MAX 7 to our fleet
to accomplish this goal.
Measurable
