Welcome to the concluding week of MBA 580!
In this course, you have learned about the different aspects of
innovation such as its dimensions, the five major trajectories for
managing innovation, the spaghetti model of innovation, and how to
manage the different innovation networks. Similarly, you also learned
about the process organizations must follow to develop a new product
for innovation, the key factors that influence the success of new
product development, the development funnel model, and many more
concepts. All these concepts establish the fact that innovation is the
best way forward for a company that wishes to grow and stay ahead in
the marketplace.
In Module Ten, you will explore the importance of failures for
organizations and how innovation can be achieved by going through
failures. Lastly you will understand the different questions that
organizations consider when measuring their innovation skills.
