MBA 560 8 - Discussion
No matter how long you work in a certain field, there are always skills that may be improved.
Being open to change is therefore essential if you want to reach top rank. Honesty, teamwork,
and creativity are the areas where I understand I might improve. Kouzes talks about posing
challenges with a goal. Pioneers don't test for the wellbeing of difficulty. This approach may be
utilized to improve aptitudes like teamwork and motivation. It's not connected to jarring
concoctions merely to keep people on their toes. Not challenging the process are those who
question fresh introspections and ideas or draw to issues with the ideas of others without
providing any form of good solutions. I currently perform physical labor, and the supervisors in
our field of competence who work in offices are in charge of some of the duties that were
abandoned by the director of engineering.
Our director is always strolling around while we are working on the floor inspecting things and
seeing if we need anything. I think I'm learning from this supervisor about what to do. Working
with or having to work with someone who doesn't care enough about you to inquire about you is
challenging. People feel compelled to participate in the present if they anticipate having
powerful, long-term relationships with others. Understanding that you'll need to negotiate with
someone again in a day, a week, or a year ensures that you won't just ignore how you and he
have interacted in the past.
