Good morning all!
We believe that having so many wonderful benefit choices is FANTASTIC and is part of
what makes this a great place to work! Due to increased costs, associated to providing those
benefits and concerns expressed by the employees, the Benefits Department has conducted
some in-depth comparisons between the current provider and other providers. After their
review, it was determined that a new provider was better suited to meet the needs of the
company and its employees.
However, not all the benefit package criteria could be addressed due to the nature of today’s
healthcare industry and the size of our company.
