Learning Objectives
By the end of this module, you will meet these learning objectives:
Analyze how using a leadership self-assessment tool can
assist in developing leadership strategies
Assess needs, resources, and opportunities of an
organization
Module Overview
This module will shed light on the tools that leaders rely on to deal
with various instances within the organization, such as assessing the
needs, resources, and opportunities of an organization. One of the
tasks you must complete in this module is to begin to create an
adaptive leadership toolkit using the template provided. To identify
leadership behaviors and skills for development you will propose to
include in your leadership toolkit, you are required to review the
employee engagement survey assessment you have completed in
Module Two using the GROW model.
Furthermore, in this module you will dive deep into the leadership best
practices with the help of Leadership Circle profile summary
dimensions. These summary dimensions provide insights about various
leadership aspects such as emotional intelligence and the difference
between creative and reactive leadership skills.
This module will help you develop skill to analyze the results of an
organizational assessment, the employee engagement survey. For
Milestone One you will assess the survey results in your role as a
manager in the organization and then apply the output of your analysis
in beginning to create your adaptive leadership toolkit. At the end of
this week, you will have to submit the first milestone of this course,
Milestone One.
