I agree with your assessment on the survey results. The only suggestion I would tweak is in
regards to the compensation. You stated that "Employees always wanted to be rewarded and
compensated for their job," but didn't elaborate on what those rewards were. Studies have
suggested that employees are more motivated and produce better results from intrinsic rewards
(comes from doing the job itself), compared to extrinsic rewards (salary, bonuses, vacation). I
