My experience with this course has been informative and directional. I learned a lot from taking
this class. I feel that this really prepared me for future courses while completing my MBA. I also
believe that it is preparing me for when I open my own businesses. Challenges I faced in the
course would have to be time management and being able to get things done in a timely manner.
I feel that I have overcome the challenges I faced and started managing my time more efficiently.
It will help me in the VUCA world greatly, because managing your time wisely is a big part of
having a successful business. It will help me in the future by preparing me to open my own
business when I do decide to do so. It would broaden my management and leadership skills so

required to adapt their leadership style based on the needs of the organization, their employees,
