2-1 Milestone One
Section One: Drivers for Global Entry
Global expansion allows organizations and countries to reach higher levels of
development by establishing a presence in new countries around the world. (Morady, Kapucu,
and Yalçınkaya, 2017). Brazil is one of the ten largest economies in the world and home to the
sixth largest population in the world. As a result, he has a wide range of skills to draw on
especially in tech matters. Home to a thriving world of technology, Brazil also offers aspiring
engineers, developers, programmers and technologists with sought-after skills. The same goes
for the AI human group that is rising on the world stage with extraordinary qualities.
Globalization has allowed companies to practice and build on their R&D, development
and capital strengths as a result. Globalization has made it easier for new organizations to
compete with older officials (Prell et al., 2017). Exchange zones have expanded the number of
people who use them, both through products and imports. Globalization has helped
organizations, customers and the western economy as a whole. Today organizations benefit from
the opportunities opened by the financial opportunities that have developed for us in recent years
(Prell et al., 2017). There is another apprehension that pervades Western social fabrics that
challenges earlier views of freer exchange as a mutual benefit to individual nations.
Globalization is associated with rapid and decisive human change. The development of
people from rural areas to metropolitan areas has accelerated, and the development of urban
communities in the creative scene is mainly associated with unacceptable living for some people.
Family unrest and social behavior and domestic violence are on the rise. Social difficulties are
evaluated through normal practice. Normal practices are recognized and expected behavior and
encounters in certain cultures or circumstances (Zhosan, 2017). Given this definition, it is easy
enough to argue that associations operating in different social settings around the world face
some social difficulties.
For example, in the United States there are several organizations that associate their
image with certain social and political messages. Sometimes this message may conflict with the
location of a particular local area or association, or a particular message may conflict with the
location of a US government agency. However, given the high level of political opportunity and
perceived social opposition in the United States, these organizations should not fear repression

from the United States government, but rather that equal assurances from the Legislature and
local politicians may not be satisfied with that mindset, in that which a particular organization
decides to operate (Zhosan, 2017). The main point of this model is that associations carefully
examine and practice OC-friendly behavior in the various areas in which they are active. Failure
to comply with these normal practices can have a severe impact on the networks and countries in
which they operate.
There are several definitions of the word culture. For this illustration we use this
definition: Culture is the qualities, behaviors, and beliefs of a particular congregation or part of a
local individual. Given this definition, associations must consider the social consequences of
importing goods or administrations into other global markets. Working in a global environment,
adopting universal methodologies is almost beyond the scope of the association. Social issues
from one location to another must be taken into account (Zhosan, 2017). For instance, in Brazil,
where many people find it socially viable to eat various kinds of food which can be accepted in
other countries. This menu change in Brazil is a way of adopting and respecting the country's
social standards.
