RCM Health Care Services was founded in 1975 by their current
President, Michael Saks. RCM was created to recruit healthcare and
educational professionals across the United States. The mission of
this organization is recruiting the best in the business and providing
exceptional care to their many clients. House Bill 08-1021 states that
highly advanced or gifted students under the age of 6 can move to a
higher grade and receive per pupil funding for the accelerated
students. Providing early access to the students is optional. This
means that schools are preparing for children who are much younger
than the average kindergartner or first grader to join their program. It
may result in conflict amongst the different age groups and stress for
the 3- or 4-year-olds jumping ahead. Social workers would then have
to collaborate with teachers to come up with ways to handle the
potential challenges the acceleration program may cause and ease
the little ones into a major transition.
