Yes, I believe that there is an American Culture. American Culture and Middle
Eastern Culture differ in various ways. Some significant differences between
these cultures are religion, food, language, and geography. Due to these
differences, these regions have developed different ways of living. However, It is
important to realize that these differences are not bad because these regions
have their own respective opinions on lifestyles and morals.
Objective culture - (C) focuses on the physical qualities of a region—for example,
attire, religion, architecture, and food. However, Subjective Culture- (c) focuses
more on individualism. Such as the thoughts and morals of people. I believe that
the line between high culture and low culture has blurred over time in the
modern day. So the difference between high and low cultures would depend on
where you are located.
A- Americans have their own culture that does differ from Middle Eastern
cultures in a few ways. Both cultures differ in mass religious belief, food, and
even social interactions. Example, while some Arab nationals may prefer
collectivism some Americans value individualism, as well as Americans mostly
following Christianity and most Arabs follow Islam.
B- C Objective culture can be seen as the aspects of culture such as food,
costumes and outfits, and even the names people give to things, that can be
experienced palpably. This is different in comparison to subjective culture that is
more of an individual experience focusing more on ones own thinking and moral
compass. (c) High culture and low culture differs regionally, while high culture
can be show through highly esteemed art, popular tradition, and history; low
culture is generally used to describe the negative side of ones culture. In my
opinion as time goes on and the world becomes more open in its thinking there
will be hardly any difference in what is seen to be high and low culture.
