Forexample,from2012until2019Iworkedforamajorhealthcareorganization,sinceIstarted,

wehavebeenusingoneparticularprogramwithenhancementsrollingoutalmostthreetimesa

year.In2016,wewereintroducedtoanewplatformwhichwassupposedtobenewerandmore

improvedthantheprevious.IhavetosaythatIwasimpressedanditwasgreat!In2019,we

wereboughtoutbyanothermanagedhealthcareorganizationwhothenintroducedthecompany

asawholeintoacompletelynewplatform.Alloftheseplatformsweremeanttobeabletoserve

themembers/patientsthebestofourabilities.

Wedohavenurseswhoreviewmedicalrecordsandservemembersinacompletely

typeofdiettheymaybeon.Allthingsdonebasedonbedsidecare.Yetinaprimarycare

providersofficeanursemaybeabletogomoreindepthintomedicalrecordsbecausetheymay

havemoretimeandprovidedoneononetreatment.

Managinginformationcanfacechallengessincenotallentitiesusethesameprograms.

Sinceallorganizations/providersand/facilitiesusedifferentprograms,managingmedicalrecords

canfacesomechallengesandhereiswhy;ifapatientisbeingtreatedforCanceratMoffitCancer

CenterandchosestobepartofaclinicaltrialatFloridaCancerinstitute,thepatientisnowatthe

mercyofeitheroneofthefacilitiestogetthemedicalrecordsfromonetotheotherintimeto

makethesounddecisionontreatmentfortheparticulartrial.

Forexample,acancerregistrarinahealthcarefacilitywouldrequiretrainingonnotonly
