3-6 Assignment Writing Plan
I'm going to talk about how some or all of the responsibilities of human resources may be
replaced by AI. I think the artificial component of human resources should be removed. You
shouldn't try to fix anything if it's not broken. The debate would center on whether AI belonged
in human resources departments or not. Because I'm majoring in business administration with a
focus on human resources, it relates to what I study.
The accompanying are three significant ideas that will help to bolster my case. The first crucial
idea is. How may a computer communicate with workers at a workplace? The second critical
aspect is that HR directors may use AI to save time and communicate with employees more, but
they would be entrusting computers with crucial jobs. The third crucial reason is that AI would
not be able to reliably assess if a candidate is a suitable fit during an interview process.
Upper level management and human resource specialists will be my core demographic for this
essay. Any person working at any job might also be part of the audience. Maintaining excitement
in my point will be a struggle. I won't be able to hold the attention of the listener if I can't keep
the writing intriguing. One thing that caught my eye about it was the fact that I could identify
with the topic and use it to interest my readers.
In writing this essay, I hope to persuade both myself and others to agree with my point of view.
My objective will have been accomplished if I can support my claim. Good sources from reliable
sources are required for the essay. The audience needs to accept these materials. This essay will
need to effectively persuade the reader to choose a certain position.
Intellectual archives at SNHU's repository have several prospective sources that I may utilize to
bolster my claim. The articles highlight the difficulties that firms would have if they decided to
use AI instead of humans in their workplaces. "Machine Learning in Human Resources
Administration Challenges and a Path Forward" is the title of the first essay. "AI is
revolutionizing the HR profession," reads the heading of the second article. But it doesn't take
the place of HR specialists. Robotic executives: the future of work or a step too far? is the title of
the news era. We could soon have robots handing us our P45s as the workplace gets more
mechanized. a Canadian company explains why AI has taken the position of its human resources
department; We could soon have robots handing us our P45s as the workplace gets more
automated. One Canadian company explains why AI has taken the role of its human resources
division. These will support my claim since they provide specific examples of how AI is used in
HR roles.
The first important finding in "Machine Intelligence in Human Resources Administration
Limitations and a Path Forward" is that AI cannot provide interpersonal skills, creativity, or the
ability to tackle difficult issues. The second major argument that "AI is altering the HR
profession" is that HR directors may be able to save time with AI and connect with workers
more, but they will leave crucial responsibilities in the hands of computers. But it doesn't take
the place of HR specialists. The third major issue, that AI would not be able to effectively read
people during an application process to decide whether or not the individual is a good applicant,
would align with the question, "Are robot managers the future of work, or are they going quite
far?" We could soon have robots handing us our P45s as the workplace gets more automated. a

My hypothesis is that the best strategy is to integrate knowledge after each critical stage. The
viewers will be able to observe that the important details are acknowledged. The listeners must
understand that my main views are supported by tangible facts acquired by references.
Peer review is one revising technique I would employ. It is usually beneficial and useful to
absorb ideas from an outside source. I would look for a reviewer who does not share my
viewpoint so that I could use my article to convince them. I would then carefully read my article
over a few times after that. To assist in finishing it, consider all the lessons from the course.
After going through my writing notes and my trainer's criticism, I was inspired to make a few
changes to this work. One of my main points was the first item I modified or deleted. I also
included another recognized authority as additional action. All other aspects of my artwork have
remained the same with.
