The study selection from the data set includes a) pilot workload (flight
logbook) and the b) investigation of rotorcraft operation in low-
altitude environments (flight data of performed maneuvers). The
ability to compare and implement a modeling framework with features
that will explore the implications about system environments
correlated to the fight data and pilot logbook for performance
management with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). As such,
the selected data will explore the difference of solutions for the
recommendation needs in practices. The understanding of system
environments will allow the users to be able to interpret the variable
with insight using methods of advance analytics. The practical
framework descriptions will demonstrate the benchmark of algorithms
to improve results and coordination among the algorithmically guided
systems. j The predicted action-value based for planning enabling the
decision to be model according to the baseline of the algorithm and
draw results from the outputs (e.g., pilot workload and flight data of
performed maneuvers).
