Three datasets have been considered for predicting the likelihood
that HIV testing can reduce HIV incidence through adequate HIV
care linkage and preventive services. The selected dataset was
surveillance, they comprise of BRFSS (Behavioral Risk Factor
Surveillance system) table of HIV, Botswana Combination
prevention project (BCPP), and HIV surveillance Annual report.
BRFSS (Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance system) table of HIV
is the nation’s premier system of a health-related telephone
survey that collects data about U.S. residents regarding their
health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of
preventive services.
Botswana Combination prevention project (BCPP) e e was a
research project conducted by the Botswana Ministry of Health
(MOH), Harvard school of public health/ Botswana Harvard Aids
Institute partnership (BHP) and the us centers for disease control.
The dataset BCPP was a community randomized trial that
examined the impact of prevention interventions on HIV
incidence, The interventions included extensive HIV testing,
linkage to care, and universal treatment services.
The third data set is HIV surveillance Annual report is a dataset
from Data. World, this dataset covers all the death as a result of
HIV-AIDs in the United States from 200-to 2004 for ages 13 and
above. It contains 6005 rows and 18 columns
