I can remember a time when if anyone say something to me that I
didn't like or disagreed with I would be quick to say something back
and didn't care how you felt afterwards. I wouldn't think and then
speak I would say it. I can say I have hurt peoples feelings. As I got
older and had my oldest daughter I had to start thinking twice and
take in to consideration of other people feelings even if they didn't
think about mine. I realized that my actions was like a defense
mechanism for me. Battling depression and not knowing until you get
older because in your household things like that didn't exist. I've
learned that somethings does not need your time, attention, nor
energy. It's best to leave something right were they're. And thick
twice before you speak and be mindful of the words that you say.
When healing from past hurt you tend to let go and move forward.
Find peace in knowing that you are trying to become a better person,
not for someone else but for yourself. Enjoy life surround yourself
with positive people that wants the best for you.
