Managing People and Careers
Following upon the early analyses, I selected Procter & Gamble Ltd. and Toyota Ltd. as
my two organizations of attention for my study. I'm interested in the organizations I've chosen

to factors including the industry's strong patriarchy and underrepresentation of certain ethnic
communities. According to the concept of segregation introduced by Hakim (1996), the work
sector is split into separate social labor market paradigms for men and women. Occupational
harassment, according to Dries and Arnold (2015), also targets particular races of people.

inclusive and diverse for-profit corporations, so I started collating my findings.
