To get feedback within the company I plan to reach out to employees in all departments.
Specially the marketing team and product development team. But I do believe all
employees will be able to provide valuable feedback and ideas. I plan to hold a focus
group meeting to discuss current plans and battle any concerns or issues that may arise.
This will provide good conversation flow and the company will be able to better
understand points of launching the new product. Feedback will be drawn out on a board
and senior leaders will decide which ideas to take into consideration and move forward
with.
To get feedback from consumers I plan to launch customer surveys after purchasing their
first subscription box. This will allow Calvin Klein to see how satisfied they were with the
box or what changes need to be made. These will go out via email. There will also be an
initial survey before consumers order their first box to see what products, size, style and
colors best fit them to help better guide in their decision making. This will ensure a higher
satisfaction rate because consumers will be able to choose based on their wants and needs.
There will also be online feedback forms once a customer completes their order to see how
simple it was, if they were satisfied, if they would recommend and so on. Any feedback
will be taken into consideration to either keep things going as are or make changes.
It will be important to collect feedback from employees, shareholders, and stakeholders. It
will be important to hold meetings and address any internal concerns. The company will
need to look at how happy their employees are, how processes are flowing and more. They
will also needs to address how successful the new product is and if internal sources are
happy with the outcome of profit. Any concerns will be addressed and changed as needed.
