A feedback loop consists of five recurring stages, plan, data
collection, analysis, communication, and course correction. When
seeking and gaining constructive feedback on my new service within
my company, I recommend using app-based solutions to provide
employees and managers with a quick and easy feedback method.
Encouraging employees and managers to continue giving feedback
through monthly surveys is essential. It is important to be transparent
and show that your employee's voices are heard by openly discussing
issues and following through with a plan of action.
Feedback from customers is always welcome, especially with a meal
kit service. We need to know that the meals meet the quality and
value our customers expect while providing a meal selection that
appeals to them. We have many avenues of collecting data by
allowing our customers to rate the products they have tried on our
online platform, managing comments on our social media platform
and through our suggestion box in-store, and addressing any
concerns. To ensure that we receive continuous feedback from our
customers, I suggest sending surveys to our customers that have
purchased the meal kit.
When addressing feedback from our internal customers, I would
suggest face-to-face interactions. If the issues were more complex
and required a longer time to develop corrective action, such as the
meal selections are not as desirable as we have thought, a marketing
campaign advertising the new selections would reach a larger crowd.
Our external customers can be contacted through the platform they
choose to offer feedback. If they had commented on social media,
address the issues on the post so that other customers can see that
their opinions matter and that we value their input.
