“A feedback loop is a process that “loops” the outputs of a system
back in as inputs. In business, this means using customer or employee
feedback to improve a product, service, or workplace: a business uses
the insights gained from feedback to initiate change” (Monkeylearn,
2021).
I like receiving feedback and constructive criticisms from everyone
that is really trying to help. For this service, although I would listen to
all opinions I will be sure to pay close attention to the managers,
supervisors, team leaders, and advertisement team’s feedback. I will
encourage them to also give me ideas on how to implement those
thoughts. Most likely I will make a combination of all of them and
stick to what fits my service the most.
In addition, customer feedback is extremely important for the success
of the service. I would seek their feedback by using the most popular
common methods at the moment. Common methods include emails,
surveys, texts, and other digital channels.
The internal communication channels I would use to address
feedback from customers are emails, video conferencing, internal
podcasts, and private messaging software.
Negative & positive feedback loops for powerful business decisions.
