Who will you ask for feedback from within the company?
"Colleagues are the people you’ll most likely be asking for feedback
from. Feedback from managers and other leaders is valuable, but
don’t discount colleagues on the same level. They can usually offer
straightforward advice without fear of repercussions" (Wooll, 2022).
Because none of us are perfect, there is always room for
improvement and for us to continue to evolve in our careers we must
be able to accept feedback even negative feedback, and turn it into a
positive change. We must leave our ego at the door when we ask for
feedback because it's more important to swallow your pride and open
your ears to really hear how you can improve what you're doing in
and for a company.
How do you plan to seek and address feedback and concerns from
these sources within the company?
First and foremost I would sit down with each person I am asking for
feedback and have a conversation just listening to what they have to
say and discussing ways to improve areas of concern. I would also
have anonymous comment cards where anyone can make comments
and suggestions that will help me evolve into the leader my company
needs. a Another way would be emails and employee questionnaires.
Describe strategies you plan to use for seeking and addressing
feedback from customers.
" When you ask customers for feedback, meet them where they are.
Offer them multiple methods of leaving feedback so that they can
choose the method that works best for them at the time when it’s
most convenient" (Henderson, 2021). Some strategies for seeking
and addressing feedback from customers would be feedback through
emails, surveys, focus groups, digital channels, and user testing.
Outline the internal communication channels you will use to address
feedback from internal and external customers.
Internal communications I could use to address feedback would be
email, chat, feedback reports, collaborative spreadsheets, and team
meetings. Another great way to address feedback would be to add an
area on your company's social media page to allow feedback from
customers. Creating transparency in the company is extremely
important for improvement.
