"A feedback loop is a process in which the outputs of a system are circled back
and used as inputs. In business, this refers to the process of using customer or
employee feedback (the outputs of a service or product), to create a better
product or workplace." (Forsey, 2018) a In my company I would look for
feedback from several different places. a One of which would be from the
customer to see exactly how the product is being received. Secondly, I would
seek feedback from employees to see how conducive the atmosphere of the
company is and what needs to be maintained or changed. Lastly, I would ask
for feedback from investors to ensure that we are trying to keep the investors
happy to continue investing. I would take this information into consideration
when planning future changes within the company and for the products. a In
order to receive feedback from customers I would ask for surveys at the time of
purchases to see what the current customer is feeling. a I would ask for
employee surveys anonymously so that there would not be a fear of company
repercussion. Finally, I would request investor feedback with the yearly 10k
deliveries. Overall this would allow both internal and external communcations
for the company. a a a a
