What steps are you going to take to promote CSR initiatives? For
example: what community programs, nonprofits, or environmental
projects will the new product or service support?
I would like to receive feedback from employees, on what methods
they feel are working and even what things they would like to
improve. After all, I think it would only help the company to move
forward, and show that you care about what your employees have to
say. As for customers, I would like to have more of an engagement
with them. The company I chose for my project was Fenty Beauty,
and the service that I am offering is an in- person consultant that can
talk with customers about the products from first hand knowledge.
What I like about the company is the reusable packaging so there's
little to no waste.
How do you plan to attract, develop, engage, and reward your project
team?
I would like to motivate my team, acknowledge their achievements,
and reward them with bonuses. I would want my team to feel valued,
and feel like they are happy with their job. I have had many jobs, and I
can honestly say, the ones where we had group meetings and played
games or did trivia, while also being acknowledged for our
performance, really made a difference.
