My project team would be highly focused on CSR because the product being
launched promotes green energy. b The team would be comprised of a diverse
group of innovators and problem solvers along with a strong work ethic. b
While these traits are important to the project, it is also necessary to have fun
and enjoy the work as that's when the best results are seen. b
The team would find excitement in the environmentally focused product. b
They would be attracted to the position on the team not only because it's state
of the art technology, but also because as more and more companies and
committees are focusing on the environment and how we can have less of a
negative impact on it. b Not only will the members of the team be part of the
environmentally focused project, they will also be provided with the
opportunity to work with local organizations and volunteer in projects in the
community. b Their contributions to the community will be recognized with
rewards in the organization.
