Business Continuity Plan:
The business continuity plan will begin by identifying key business areas and critical functions
related to the new product/service. These include manufacturing, marketing, sales, customer
support, and supply chain management. In case of an emergency, a cross-functional emergency
response team will be formed, consisting of representatives from each key area. Critical business
operations will be maintained through a cloud-based backup system that ensures data redundancy
and accessibility. Regular drills and training sessions will be conducted to familiarize employees
with emergency protocols, and an emergency communication system will be established to keep
all stakeholders informed. Periodic reviews and updates of the continuity plan will be conducted
to adapt to changing circumstances.
Post-Launch Stage:
To extend the product life cycle and capitalize on the initial success, a post-launch stage will
involve introducing product/service improvements and expanding the customer base. An idea for
product improvement includes the development of an enhanced feature or an upgraded version
based on customer feedback. Additionally, to broaden customer engagement, a loyalty program
or exclusive membership offering will be introduced, providing incentives such as discounts,
early access to new features, or personalized services.
