The steps that I will take to ensure my team is appropriately organized
would be to establish a team of leaders to ensure we have the incentive
to meet our goals. i In order to do this we would need to have a leader
over the group, myself, and at least 4 others to assign specific tasks to.
In doing this we would establish what would be the best incentives to
offer the workers. According to Indeed spot bonuses, merit based
raises, and profit sharing are a few of the most requested CSR

2020) I would work on programs to
implement each of these for the employess as quickly as possible. i I
would promote these within the community through hiring fairs and
word of mouth to ensure that possible employees, and current
employees, are aware of the incentives to work for the company. By
retaining employees this would allow for a deficit in the training cost of
the new hires and a little more wiggle room in the budget. The company
has a DEI hiring plan in effect therefore we would continue to advertise
our products and open positions to the surrounding community in
order to appeal to a vast array of people. The company also has a CSR
pro triple bottom line in place so we would encourage the company to
move more into the new product lines of all-natural soaps and body
products. This is where my new line originally developed. According to
