Tort law is a legal matter that empowers the victim of an injury to file a claim for
damages from the culprit (Kubasek, N. K., Browne, M. N., Dhooge, L. J., Herron, D. J., &
Barkacs, L. L., 2020). Torts involve harms to another party's property, land, decency, or prestige
that are legally liable for under statute or common law. Commercial legal system can have an
impact on how you run your company because it can make the company accountable for any
