Nike is a multinational footwear and apparel company that focuses on innovation and
design in order to inspire greater athletic performance. The company's mission is to "inspire and
motivate every athlete on the planet." (2021, Nike News). Nike, as one of the world's largest
athletic retailers, has dedicated itself to developing, designing, and manufacturing goods for both
sports and everyday fashion. Nike is viewed as a manufacturing company as a whole because it
manufactures its own goods and services. Nike has migrated progression internationally in order
to keep costs low, while the main office persists in Oregon. Though work is privatized, Nike is
still innovating to a more sustainable environment, more ecologically friendly brand in order to
stay faithful to society's core conduct.
