team, utilizing budget, and ensuring the help of volunteers at the
event
2.Equipping Parent to take the lead in gospel conversations at home

Encouraging parent team to help in these conversations and follow
up with families
Encourage why this is so important in person with building
relationships with families and promoting at family experience

3. Create a preschool parent team
5-8 members
Parents of current and former preschoolers, previous preschool
directors or coordinators
Conduct monthly meeting to discuss events, ideas, and themes
4.Once a month Pajama Party

1 Sunday of the month
Send out Postcard to child
Feed all preschoolers
Have all the kids dress in pajamas
Promote on social media and on announcement slideshow in
church
5. Volunteers
Asking parents to serve once a month
Monthly appreciation gift
Coffee and light food station for volunteers
15-20 new volunteers
