UNIV: Biblical Worldview
Every human has their own distinct worldview. We all have the option to accept what
God has given to us in His word or reject it. As Christians, we must make the decision to follow
God faithfully and wholeheartedly.
A Biblical worldview means that your morals and values line up with what God says in
His word. The foundation for a Biblical worldview is the Bible. We must do what God has said
for us in His word. A liberty student could think outside the box and try to develop a stronger
Biblical worldview by going to Bible studies, reading the Bible, praying, and worshipping God in
song and praise. Setting aside time to spend alone with the Lord is crucial to growing your
relationship with God.
Our purpose in life is to honor and glorify God and to make His name known around the
world. We are called to pick up our cross and follow Him daily. A goal of mine in life is to one
day be a successful businessman. I would like to spread the gospel throughout whatever
business I am apart of one day. Having a Biblical worldview would help immensely in this goal.
It will help me show my coworkers or employees what a Christian looks like. How they walk and
talk differently than the rest of the world. Having a Biblical worldview also helps me in my
purpose for pursuing an education. It has shown me that God has me here for a purpose to
learn more about him and to test my faith to see if I will truly live for Him outside of my home.

A culture is the beliefs and norms of a group or society. We can work together with
people from different cultures by either giving the gospel with them or to them. Having a
Biblical worldview will help immensely when trying to share the gospel with people from all
around the world. It will not only help us to not seem shallow in our faith, but it will show
others the true beauty of Christianity and what the Lord has done for us. We can engage others
by trying to spark up conversation with others and try to find common ground or similarities
with them. This will lead to gospel-oriented conversation, which will lead to greater things.
In conclusion, I see that my worldview is vital to not only my spiritual walk, but also in
sharing my faith with others. I must be strong in my own faith in order to share it with others. In
order to be more grounded in my worldview I need to be reading and praying every day to
strengthen my relationship with the Lord.
