Contemporary atheism tries to bring a death blow Chrisan ethics. to
You can be good without God, however we must root what is good and what is right from God.
Righteousness is embedded in God’s own character, there for it is based on who God is. It comes from
who he is and is not arbitrary statement. Essentialism is right comes out of the very essence of who God
is. Psalm 36:6 His righteousness is above the mountains, there is nothing higher than God’s
righteousness.
Righteousness is the very essence of God, therefore out of who He is we have the commandments.
