METANARRATIVE 2
This essay will be all about a metanarrative. I will be discussing three topics
within the Bible. The three topics are creation and redemption. Each of those three topics are
very important within the Bible. The topic of creation is how God made all things and those who
challenge that idea. The other topic is redemption it is the second to last one. The metanarrative
is very important for everyone to understand the Bible more efficiently.
“The Bible begins with the creation of all things and ends with the renewal of all
things, and in between it offers an interpretation of the meaning of all history.” [ CITATION
Whe12 \l 1033 ] The metanarrative includes Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Restoration. The
main characters of the biblical metanarrative are the Messiah, God, and Jesus Christ. A
metanarrative is something that makes sense of the universe and the things in it. So, a Biblical
Metanarrative would only make sense to be something that makes sense of the people and things
within the Bible. A lot of people believe that the Bible is just a bunch of stories so the biblical
