The strength of the post is trying to make people understand that
psychology and Christianity are comparable, but Christianity has been
forgotten. The science of philosophy and Christianity has taken a
completely different turn despite being connected. I agree with the
statement. Psychology is the scientific study of mind and behavior and
includes the concept of feeling and thoughts. Reading your post made me
consider the role of science and Christianity in my area of interest, the
employer-employee relationship. For instance, employees desire to feel
valued in the workplace. In Colossians 4:1, the Scripture says: Masters,
treat your slaves justly and fairly, knowing that you also have a Master in
heaven (King James Bible, 2008). Primarily, their connection with
employers should be enhanced to make them feel valued to participate in
organizational activities and maintain stability effectively. Strained
relations at the workplace affect the minds, feelings, and thoughts of
employees (Aggarwal et al., 2020). The human brain is controlled by how
they feel others think of them. Therefore, employees will feel valued when
the relationship between workers and employees is intense. The process
creates stability and enhances decision-making, which once more states
the importance of psychology and Christianity in our lives.
Cognitive psychology depicts the scientific study of mental procedures,
including but not limited to problem-solving and creativity. Employer and
employee relationship in the place of work is fundamental because when
the bond is strong, employees have better problem-solving skills and can
be creative. Employees reason and operate effectively when they
understand that managers will support them in their decisions. For
instance, employees will desire to undertake complicated tasks since they
know that managers support them cognitive y. If they make the wrong
decisions, employers will support them and help them do the right thing.
Creativity and stability are enhanced in this ca e. Relationships in the
workplace are fundamental in the long run (Aggarwal et al., 202 ). They
not only assist employees in growing psychologically but also expand their
careers. Employers who study the minds of their employees know what
they need and therefore strive to create better working relationships for
stability and practical decision-maki g. Incorporating Christian values and
science provides an opportunity for organizations to enhance their work
environment and improve the well-being of their employees.
