1. I feel the strongest calling and generation to industrial, organizational,
applied, and behavioral psychology studies. I, also, think I am strongest in
research and writing and can put together ideas based upon facts.
2. The ideas for me are newer. I want to envelope everyone together. No
separations or divisions should exist. Everyone should feel welcomed,
respected, admired, and encouraged. My biggest interest right now is in
diversity and inclusion. We are all one human race. Our differences make
us special just like our talents and traits. I see this area developing
greatly.'
3. The Lord loved everyone. He believed in everyone. He accepted
everyone even those who did not believe in Him. I am the same way. I
accept everyone and feel I can save humanity. Maybe that is my purpose.
Maybe I am to make a lasting impact on how humans view similarities.
4. I feel that my initial post was strong. This has helped me tie up loose
thoughts in my mind that are lingering about direction. I still feel that I see
the world as a whole with lines attaching it. It is an equal and opposite
reaction that can occur. I feel the more positive that you put out the more
it comes back to you in brilliance. I was raised Protestant. We have roots
in Native American spirituality. I had Jewish friends, neighbors, and others
growing up. I went to school with Polish, German, Russian, and Czech
descendants. I lived near Pittsburgh PA (Price-Williams, 2016) and it was a
melting pot. There were so many cultures, traditions, etc. Everyone
accepted everyone it appeared. Violence still exists there which is sad to
see. But the world was so cultured and accepting. There were dances,
concerts, festivals that honored so many. I grew up with Irish, Cherokee,
Saponi, Welsh, English, French, Pennsylvania Dutch bloodlines and family
influences. I had friends from every walk of life. I was blessed. I was
taught respect all. Babies are born with a soul so help them grow. I feel
that I am on the right path. I want to incorporate natural worlds with
diversity acceptance into society and workplaces and organizations. It will
be task but I know with guidance it can be done. I am excited about
continuing my journey!'
And, in response to Willard (2000), I heard that they were going to use
even chairs as worshipping pieces in AA and NA meetings and witnessed
that on a journey with family. I am saddened to hear that the world has
started worshipping furniture. I know not everyone believes in God. But if
they do not believe in God or acceptance, could they not say find your
inner self. Function with it? Instead of focusing your love to an object one
can focus inward and that could help spirituality grow! Spiritual growth
does not have to do with God. It could be motivation, free will, unique
traits, etc.'
