committed the offense of FIRST DEGREE MURDER in that , WITHOUT LAWFUL HE
JUSTIFICATION INTENTIONALLY AND KNOWINGLY SHOT AND KILLED JOHN
GELLER WITH A GUN, IN VIOLATION OF 720 ILCS 5 / 9-1(a)(1), AND
contrary to the Statute, and against the peace and dignity of the same People of the State of
Illinois.
